The key to getting a job in today’s tight job market is not only about your GPA, how many organizations you’re a member of or how well your resume is laid out, but how you interview for the position. This program is focused on one thing, helping you position yourself in an interview so that when you walk out of there you’re the obvious choice for them to hire.

Description: Employers today are looking for key characteristics in the people they’re hiring. Knowing what they’re looking for is half the battle in winning them over. The other half is simply knowing what the employer needs (i.e., why they’re really hiring) and learning how to sell to those needs.
• This program will help you structure the types of questions you should ask so you’re not going into the interview “winging it.”
• Learn how to lower an employer’s resistance and make them more open to what you have to offer as an employee.
• You’ll also learn how to block objections or reservations that the interviewer might have about hiring you. This is where most people simply get it wrong!
• Every employer has a reason(s) for not wanting to hire you, but if you can get past those reasons with a few tips and tricks, you’ll easily position yourself ahead of your competition.
