Venue Requirements: Indoor spaces are ideal with enough room for the number of participants you expect to attend.

Sound Requirements: Wireless lavaliere microphone, ability to play music before the show and play sound from PPT presentation.

Lighting Requirements: Basic Stage Lighting

Other Stage Requirements: LCD Projector connected to the sound system, screen, podium or small table on stage for props.

Dressing Room/Green Room Requirements: 1 bottle of water

NICOLE SNELL - intro

Nicole Snell is the CEO of Girls Fight Back and is an award winning international speaker, workshop facilitator and self-defense expert. She has delivered keynotes and led workshops at over 350 events around the world including for colleges, K-12 schools, corporations, the US military, and more. She spent 5 years working for the US armed forces domestically and abroad, leading discussions on sexual assault prevention at over 94 installations including The Pentagon and the Office of Naval Intelligence. She has had the privilege of providing virtual sessions for the US Coast Guard, Air Force and Army with her new program, Boundaries for Personal Empowerment and was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the 8th Army SHARP. She was recently featured on the Nike Trained Podcast and in Women’s Health Magazine.

Nicole is a full contact Lead Instructor for IMPACT Personal Safety and has
extensive training in full-contact physical self-defense. She is an NACP
Credentialed Victim Advocate and in 2019 she created the online series
Outdoor Defense to empower and educate people about self-defense
techniques for hiking/camping/traveling solo.
