Nicole is an avid solo traveler and adventurer having visited 47 states, hiked in 15 countries and traveled to 25 countries on 6 continents.

"I created this program to address the fears that many people (womxn in particular) have expressed to me about hiking or traveling solo. As an avid solo hiker and adventurer, I wanted to offer simple and practical self-defense strategies to encourage and empower people to feel more confident about their ability to defend themselves in the outdoors."

Whether you’re solo or with a group, these skills can help you manage your safety, be aware of your options and feel more powerful wherever the trails or your adventures take you!

Available both virtually and in person, this class is interactive and participants will be encouraged to turn on their cameras, use their voices and there will be opportunities to practice the physical skills!
