Get your bodies moving with some physical self-defense skills practice. Seeing someone being harassed or mistreated? Learn how to speak up for others using bystander intervention tools. Not sure how to respond to an angry or frustrated person while out in public? We’ll show you how with verbal skills examples and practice!
