Our 60 minute webinar will address how to set clear boundaries in virtual meetings, in public, or in your own home, how to use your awareness and intuition to your advantage, how to use verbal skills to maintain your personal space, and how to use physical strategies to defend yourself.  We’ll get you up on your feet to practice some practical and simple skills to get your body moving. The session will conclude with interactive Q&A to address any individual concerns.
